Communication Policy

  • • Email is the primary communication method for the program.
  • • Team announcements are sent by the coach or team parent.
  • • Schedule changes are posted on the Schedules page and emailed to families.
  • • Coach communication should happen outside of practices and games.
  • • Parent concerns should be raised respectfully and at least 24 hours after a game.
  • • Emergency communication is handled by phone from the program director.

Playing Time Philosophy

Playing time may vary based on attendance, effort, practice performance, game situations, team needs, development, and coaching decisions.

Travel basketball is a competitive environment. Coaches will work to develop every player while making decisions that support individual and team growth.
